What is Fujisan-Mori?
Generally we take normal size, sometimes large if you are starving.

FujisanMori is named for super-extra large size which looks like Mt. Fuji. So Fujisan means Mt. Fuji. Makes sense?

And Soba is Japanese noodle made of buckwheat. Then you can understand. Tsuke-Ten Fujisan-Mori is the exact name to order. Tsuke means cold soba, and ten means tempura. Wouldn’t it be great temptation?

My first destination is not Mt. Fuji, but Fujisan-Mori:). You can find this soba restaurant in Yokohama district named Minato-an.
